How billing works
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Personal and Family are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. You keep your paid features until the end of the month you already paid for.
- Try the Free plan first to see if IntelEat is right for you. Paid plans are refunded when there was a defect on our side, as described in our refund policy.
- Purchases on our website are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Your receipt and any charge on your statement will show Paddle.
- When the iPhone app launches, purchases made in it will go through the Apple App Store and Apple's billing.
Questions
What counts toward the free daily limits?
Each barcode scan, plate scan and message to Intel counts once. The counts reset every day.
How does the Family plan work?
The person who subscribes invites up to 7 others by email. Each person signs in with their own account and keeps their own diet, allergies and goals.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move between Personal and Family, or go back to Free, from Profile in the app.
